I ORDERED THE ITEM IN INTERNET CATALOG THEY SHIPPED SAME NUMBERED ITEM FROM SALES CATALOG . ITEMS WERE NOT THE SAME BUT THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE THERE SYSTEM OF SHIPPING FROM THE PAPER CATALOG BUT SELLING FROM THE INTERNET CATALOG. HAVE SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NO RESULTS
