I have been teaching about nutrition and how to have good health for more than 20 years and I still picked up excellent information from Jay Williams' book! Anyone who takes the time to read through it will glean many valuable nuggets to improve their fitness. She mentions a cleansing system called Isagenix which I personally used and found to be extremely effective. I even wrote about my experience in [[ASIN:0964470683 Wake Uplive the Life You Love: Purpose Passion Abundance (Wake Up... Live the Life You Love)Her book is a gold mine if you are into health and fitness!
