As it says, 25 recipes. Since it's "edited," there's nothing beyond that. No information about why she picked these recipes, if she's made these recipes, etc.
Second recipe calls for "1 can cream cheese soup." Cheese soup or cream of X soup? This calls the accuracy of the book into question. What errors might I have missed? Also, I wouldn't consider "calf liver" to be a "beef" recipe.
Another recipe says "Mix spices and prinkle on each side of rib rack." One can tell what word was meant, but it does seem to indicate a lack of attention to detail in the editing of this collection. Other grammar errors are noted, including "if soup needs thickened."
"Irish" stews generally are made with lamb or mutton, not beef.
Cans of "cream of X" soup make a frequent appearance.
I don't see anything unique or special enough to recommend this book.
