While there are a few (very few) good recipes in this book, it would definitely not be worth buying at ANY price. The formatting is bad and the grammar is bad (even weird). There are so many other good gluten free cookbooks available that I cannot recommend even this free one. It appears to have been thrown together hastily and without little regard for good, accurate content. If gluten free oats are used, then that term should be used consistently throughout the book and not just sporadically. So many are trying to get their books on the ereader market that this one is a good example of: let's make a few bucks from the recipes I've thrown together. For each book I read (and I read heavily across many genres), I try to give honest and fair reviews and always hope that may help in recommending and purchasing a book. This book was a total waste of time just perusing the recipes....
For me, the only redeeming factor is the recipe for chocolate avocado brownies. Conversion to ebook has some really annoying issues (to me) with non-alpha characters in places where well, the original text must have used a weird font that didn't "convert" well. There are also word phrasings and word-ordering that don't read well at all - items easily dealt with by appropriate editing. Recipes are quite odd and don't follow the usual standard recipe abbreviations or style of directions. But chocolate avocado brownies are oddly appealing so giving it an extra star for that.
