As a former warehouse manager who spent ten years ordering and using two-wheelers for industrial work, I have a special appreciation for craftsmanship and value in any form of load-bearing equipment. Only rarely do I find similar products intended for less strenuous tasks which are anything I wouldn't label as junk.

This well-designed, easy to use folding cart is an exception to the rule. Flick of a button to telescope the handle; push of the load platform, and you're set. The handle extends to a comfortable height (I'm 5'10" -- average height for an American male), and wheels easily. All moving parts are tooled just right -- neither too loose nor too tight. Platform, wheels, axle, and handle all secure. Comfortable handle grip.

I've not tried to load it with the 250 lbs it's rated for -- I've always been suspicious of such figures, and in practice never regularly use a load-bearing dolly above 50% it's rating. This cart can easilly handle the hundred or so pounds of boxed papers and attache cases I often need lug about, and short of bringing it into one of my old warehouses, it will probably last me years of heavy office use. Cosmetically, it's the sleekest thing I've ever stuck a box on. In a perfect world, this cart would have been made with adjustable heights for the handle, but I'm not inclined to be picky about that point.

Finally, the Amazon seller I got this from -- BuyOnlineNow -- had a shipping confirmation in my email inbox within 4 hours of my purchase. Very impressive to this old order fulfillment warehouseman.

Truly, I've never had a more satisfying purchase through Amazon, and I've probably ordered a couple hundred items through them.

Exactly what we were looking for. Being somewhat handicapped, toting luggage is really a burden. This product eliminates thoses problems.

I would give this item 5 stars if not for the strap. Which is not that user friendly. Besides that, it is a sturdy cart that I put through the ringer and it still stands strong. Wish I still had it.
