I purchased the 25ct Pint Frozen Containers after, I purchased my Cuisnart Ice Cream Maker on Amazon.. I am a retired Chef, and there is nothing worst than creating a frozen dessert, storing it in a container and finding ice crystals on the top!!! Also, Plastic containers take on the flavor of what ever extract or flavoring you have used before, unless you soak them in bleach, then run them through the dishwasher..Then, the lids of those containers expand and? Yes, you guessed it! Ice crystals and ice cream that has lost it's texture..
I especially, love these pint sized containers because if I make a basic base of an ice cream or sorbet, I might want to have differnt variations, or my family might want different sauces, candies, cookies or nuts in theirs.. This way, everyone gets what they want!!!If,I make a batch, I usually like to share my culinary delights with friends and business partners, pints are easier to distribute among Friends. Especially, those on that alleged "diet",with a pint of heaven, they can always go to the gym and work it off, without too much guilt! LOL!!!
These containers are also excellent for storing left-over Asian Food and they are storing soups,as well!!!
The price of 25ct/ pint containers was less than one piece of tupperware.. Amazon, rocks..I checked out local, Gourmet & Culinary Stores and they were more expensive and were not as efficent. These seal tightly, but allow the dessert or food to breathe, which is a very good thing!!!

Awesome containers at a good price. I wanted to create my own label for it just as a fun ice cream giveaway to family at Christmas. If you're interested in doing it, I did mine in Adobe Illustrator. It was kind of a headache to figure out the dimensions for it, so hopefully I can save somebody the trouble. I created a rectangle that was 8.97" wide, put all my label designs inside of it and then did a 22% Arc. Prints on A4 or legal paper.

I've been making gelato at home and this containers are great. I wish I could re use them but they are cheap enough that I can buy some more. Great product and easy way to storage them in the freezer.

The lids have a double layer with offset holes which actually make these containers very versatile. I've used them for years for ice cream, but also regularly to bring soup and chili to work. No need to vent the cover, which often seems to lead to a mess in the microwave - you just pop it in.

I use these for ice cream. When I make new flavors it is nice to share. I cover the ice cream with parchment, then put the cover on and it stays fresh for a long time in the freezer.

Yes, the lid does have two small holes....does it affect your ice cream, NO. The lids have an insert to cover the holes...just in case you want to pop the insert out & use these containers for something hot. These containers are sturdy and well made. I will be ordering more when these are gone!!!

Bought these for storing homemade icecream to give to friends. They work perfectly and the lids fit tightly enough that I didn't worry about melted icecream spilling, or frozen icecream getting freezerburned. At first, I put plastic wrap between my containers and their lids to prevent any icing due to the lid's airvent, but even when I didn't do this, I had no problems.

I really did not know what to expect when I ordered this containers. I'm really impressed they are exactly like the photo. The containers are wonderful for storing Ice Cream. Now, if I could just find printable labels for them it would be Pint Picture Perfect!!! LOL

Oh, one more thing .. the company that shipped them to me were AWESOME!! I did not see an overnight shipping option on their site, so I emailed them asking if I paid more could I have them shipped overnight. I received a reply back I would have them by Wednesday .. but the arrived Tuesday at no extra charge. How Wonderful was that!!!!

I make a lot of homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt. I usually use ziplocks or Tupperware and the freezer burn ruins it. I have used these four times this week and they work great. No burn at all and very durable. I bought the plain ones so I could decorate them myself. You can get pretty creative with sharpies, labels, or stickers. I brought one to work for a coworker' s birthday. I made her favorite flavor and decorated it with things that she likes. One drawback is they are one time use. I tried to wash one, but it came apart.

These containers are great! I make homemade ice-cream and usually put them in a regular rubbermaid container to freeze, but it gets freezer-burned so quickly. I had no idea what a difference these containers would make! I decorate these w/a simple Sharpie, make a few flavors of ice-cream, pack it in these and it makes a yummy gift!
