Huge!!
I bought this globe as a substitute for a world map on the wall. It's a great globe for the price. But, in case anyone has spatial reasoning issues like me, be forewarned--a 27" globe is freaking huge!

disappointed
I was disappointed in the lack of detail for such a large globe. If you want this for purely decorative purposes, it would suffice, but it is so big I doubt it would work for that. I think it would be better for educational purposes if it hung vertically instead of at a tilt. I realize that the earth is tilted but in an inflatable globe that hangs it needs to spin...

we have family all over and made this purchase to help our 2 year old "see" where everyone lived. As he gets older it will be better for the educational purposes but we have been happy with how it has held up in the pool, in the yard, and in the playroom too.

Bought it for my girlfriend who loves traveling and my 3 yr old nephew. Able to hang it from the ceiling or just let it roll around the play room. Comes with a patch but haven't had to use it yet. We have followed the directions not to over inflate and haven't had any problems yet.
