I found this book to be useful. Easy to read. Easy to follow. And more importantly, the book's program has already produced results. I've been following the program for about a month and have lost 10 pounds and have really toned up

This book was not written to scare, and deprive. Bascially, the author provides a common sense approach to fitness and eating right. I have already started following her approach and feel good, keeping in the back of my mind that I am on the road to losing weight and keeping it off.

I found this book extremely useful because the author is very straight forward and honest. Many of the issues that she touched upon were my issues. She also made it very clear that the reader had to be ready to take the steps necessary for permanent life changes. I also thought that the author communicated well that there would be no instant miracles within 28 days but that this was just a beginning, and that realistic goals should be set. I enjoyed this book very much and will purchase others by this author.
