Don't buy this phone, January 16, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: GE 29418GE1 Two-Line Corded Speakerphone with 12-Number Memory (Office Product)
It's not worth the money. The Called ID doesn't tell you which line is calling. The phone connection is cheap. It's difficult to turn on the speakerphone -- you press the button and nothing happens. Basically, this is a cheap, poorly made product that I regret buying.
Don't make the same mistake.

I love mine!, February 19, 2007
This review is from: GE 29418GE1 Two-Line Corded Speakerphone with 12-Number Memory (Office Product)
I love it enough that when one of our two gave out after several years of being battered about on the kitchen counter, I went hunting another just like it and found a refurbished one online.
I don't use the speakerphone except when dialing a business where I know I'm going to encounter an automated system, and when I finally get a human being, I pick up (it automatically transfers to the handset).
I just really like the look and feel of this phone, and haven't been able to find another that I like as well (although I am looking for one with caller i.d. now). I may just have to get along without caller i.d. I like this phone too much to give it up.
