I bought this for work. I work in a large resort and in-house meeting planners always want to email me something so I can print a hard copy for them. Often times, their meeting room is on the other side of the resort from my office. By the time they email the file and I print it for them, I have walked half a mile. With this, I can have them save the file from their laptop to the drive then print the file on the nearest computer.

A friend recommended this to me. It has nice capacity for garden-variety Office files, photos, and .pdf files. Speed seems pretty decent. I keep it in my business card holder without the case. So not only is it not very protected, but I am sitting on it everyday. It is smaller than the key to my office so the size was the main reason I tried it. It's not as bulky as other memory sticks I commonly see. I have it for almost a year now. I am glad I have it and I have had no problems with it all.

Super thin, fits perfectly in my wallet. Transfers are fast and it is very durable. 100% recommended.

Unfortunately the size means you'll try to put it in places where its maximum lifespan will be drastically reduced, such as in a wallet or on a keychain. Mine just died after a few months use. Just an FYI.

Unfortunately a wallet is a perfect place for this thing, but the environment in there for an active guy such as myself must be too unforgiving ;)

The main advantage of this drive is its size. I carry it in my wallet, which is highly convenient (I don't like having the drive on a keychain). It does not get in the way of other usb dongles that may be plugged in, a problem I had with previous usb drives. It has survived a year in my back pocket, and a cycle through the washing machine, demonstrating its durability.

I don't know how it stacks up in terms of speed vs other drives, but I imagine larger drives are faster. It's size is a downside, too: it is very easy to loose.

Overall, an easy 5 stars.

I've had difficulty keeping up with the latest technology in computers. I purchased my Gateway in 1995 and am stuck on a standard telephone line in a rural area. No choice. Years ago I had a computer with a Zip Drive and so I have about 10 Zip Disks. Each one had the capability of holding more than the entire hard drive of my Old Mac. I was shopping a Zip Drive with USB connector when I discovered the Flash Drive concept. I shopped Amazon because I trust them completely and found this 2GB Mini-Kart flash drive. WoW!!! I downloaded all my PowerPoint Presentations and Slide Shows, all my photographs, and I'm getting ready to add my genealogy files to the mix. My computer is already respondiing more quickly now that I've unloaded this stuff and my teeny weeny (technical term) Mini-Kart is hanging happily on the wall where I cannot misplace it. I'm a 71 year-old great g-ma and I'm impressed.

I work as a contractor, doing SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling at home and at a client's office. This involves moving many large files back and forth between my home and client computers, which can be a real pain in the rear.

This little 2GB marvel has made that task virtually painless. I keep it in my wallet, so it's with me everywhere I go. It works on both my Mac and Windows systems, and it never fails. I've even transferred two full-length movies on it simultaneously.

Buy one and keep it with you in your pocket. You'll be surprised at how convenient it is.

I bought this after seeing a review for it on CNN.com, and I could not be happier. I have it on my key chain and everyone I work with is amazed at how small it is and that it still holds 2 Gigs. I could not be happier with the purchase.

I was quite excited about this product, and it worked great for about 5 months. Then I noticed it began to rattle slightly and occasionally it wouldn't be recognized by the computer. One day it stopped working all together. Thankfully I had a recent backup of my data. I will say that OCZ does a great job with warranty service and they promptly shipped me out a new one, but it had the same problem 3 months later...the rattle...then it stopped working. I am on my 3rd drive--A quick search through OCZ's support forums reveals that this is a common problem for people with this drive (I suspect OCZ knows this is a problem and that is why they were so willing to replace it).
