The adapter worked fine until T-Mobile rolled out the cupcake update. I bought two of these adapters and they both stopped working. So until they send an update to fix this problem, I recommend you do not buy.

I have a G1 w/ cupcake, and 3.5mm jack doesn't work unless I plug in the usb headphones that came with the phone. I'm glad I can use it, but I think this is a big problem that should be addressed. I should be able to use the 3.5mm jack with nothing else being plugged into the adapter (other than the phone of course)

A un buen precio y sobre todo componentes realmente originales, yo recibi el cargador original HTC de 1 A, con este amperaje de salida es posible carga casi cualquier smartphone Pda, que disppnga de entrada de energia mini usb, ojo solo para equipos qie cuenten con una bateria de 1000 a a 2000 mA. Con respecto al adaptador, es ideal para conectarlo en equipos HTC es posible transferir datos y es cuchar musica o cargar pero puede resultar molesto ya que no tiene un tamaño pequeño, yo diria que no es un adaptador portatil sino una pequeña dock station.

This adapter allows users of the G1 phone to charge and use the earphones at the same time. Something that was overlooked when designing the phone.

I recommend this product.

The charger works great, however the 2-in-1 jack stopped working about 2 months after I bought it. I guess you get what you pay for.

I also purchased another 2-in-1 jack from another vendor and that one is working great still.

The vendor was very fast shipping the item.

I have been looking for a multipurpose adapter ever since I bought Tilt. After researching online for about a week I found this adapter. At first I was hesitant to get this one due to its design. But then looking at its features and its low price i got it.

In my opinion this is the only all in one adapter that you were ever searching for! This is an excellent adapter. The design is solid and is not loose as it appears from the pics. Even that little piece of wire that connects the mini-USB to the main adapter is built solid. if you are looking for something decent looking and rock solid, this one is for you.

EXCELLENT product! At last I can attach a regular headset to my HTC Mogul! I really was not sure this HTC Multifunction All-in-one Audio Adapter would be any good because it was so inexpensive. But after trying it out, it is excellent.

Wouldn't it be nice if all cell phone companies from HTC to Motorola and others, built phones that used standard jacks in the first place?

This device is built well, and does not look or feel cheap. Worth every penny.

Unlike some other similar products, this is actually an HTC device, and made expressly for the intended purpose. It has a gorgeous shiny finish and a muted logo from the manufacturer. They know their own equipment, so that the stereo comes through beautifully, even with the USB power connected.

This thing works great with my HTC G1 Android Google phone. I can dispense with alot of junky doodads and use the real thing. I am heading for the HTC website now.
