I have to say, I was really excited about this purchase. I have four dogs and I'm always on the look out for anything to help make our walks easier. The item was delivered yesterday, so immediately I decided to take the dogs out. Well, here is the problem: I own about 8 leashes, all different sizes, (length, width, leather, nylon, etc..) and NONE of them will fit through the openings on the handle - no matter how hard I tried to shove them in. The openings are just too small. I tried both ends (handle part of the leash, clip part of the leash), still with no luck. So, needless to say, I have not been able to use it. So, today I will go to Dick's or Home Depot and buy a couple carabiners or clips to use. Maybe that will work. Anyway, I'm giving this a three star rating, because I think the idea is great (and once I rig something up, I'll be able to use it), but the design is flawed.

Update: So I added to large keyring clips to each side and then attached the leashes to those clips. Works great now! Still keeping the 3 star rating for the design flaw.

WOW... I mean really... WOW!!! I have two very hyper Boston Terriers that love to go for long-long walks. In the past our long walks have been such a pain because the dogs get a kick out of jumping over each other to get to the next tree, rock, twig, etc. Our walks were always cut short because I had to spend too much time untangling leashes. This product has totally eliminated that problem! Now I can tire the dogs out before they wear me out! It's almost as if the designers had me and my dogs in mind when they came up with this concept! AWESOME design AWESOME fabrication AWESOME feat of practical engineering to solve a nagging problem.

I bought one of these double dog walkers a couple of months ago and it's awesome! I no longer have to worry about the leashes getting tangled when I walk my dogs. It's great being able to have one hand free! I have recommended the 2K-9 to all my family and friends - the handle is very comfortable and sturdy. Do yourself or anyone with two dogs a favor and order this product.

I wasn't sure how I was going to walk two dogs and push my jogging stroller without injuring myself, the dogs, or the child. The 2K-9 is a life saver! The dogs absolutely cannot get tangled and I have a free hand for the stroller. If you've ever tried walking two dogs with two leashes, or even a leash coupler, you know it's a pain. My dogs are boxer-size (50-60 pounds each) and I have no problem controlling them with the one-handed 2K-9. It's an amazing feat of engineering! Three cheers and five stars for a great problem solver--oh, and it's of very high quality and NOT made in China. Another plus! Whoever invented this is a genius.

We could not live without this product. It makes walking our two dogs a joy rather than a chore!

This is great for tangle free walks, BUT ... like someone else mentioned, the average size leash is NOT going to fit thru the openings. If the leash loop goes, the braided part will not. Luckily I have small, 12lb. dogs, and had a few very thin leashes. They were not the leashes that I had planned to use with it though. Those would not fit.

This is a wonderful invention. I often have to walk my mother's dog (Wheaton Terrier) with my own (Cockapoo). Leashes were constantly getting tangled, while I had two dogs pulling my arms in different directions. Now, no tangles. They walk together much better with this walker, and when they pull, it doesn't pull me :-)

At first the leashes were getting tangled underneath the dogs legs and I was really annoyed b/c another reviewer said you can use long leashes, but I keep the leashes short now and I absolutely love this walker...I have a beagle and a labrador and its nice that each has their own leash..I use this while pushing my two year old in the stroller and its wonderful since I do not have to worry about leashes slipping out of my hands...its is by far the best walker that is out their for walking two dogs and pup life has very fast shipping!

The two-leash walker is great! The leashes do not tangle when walking two dogs at the same time. The handle is comfortable and easy to hold for extended walks.

Finally a easy way to walk two dogs. I bought two 4 ft. leashes to attach to the handle, but I would suggest 6 ft. the handle spins when the dogs cross over each other and the leashes don't tangle. I love this dog walker. A must have for anyone who walks two dogs at a time.
