I can't decide where to start. This product is awful.

I purchased this KVM because I currently have an older Zonet KVM that works quite well. Sadly, this model pales in comparison.

Functionally, I am really unhappy with this KVM switch. More often than not, the PCs lose their connection to the mouse / keyboard and need to be unplugged and re-plugged in. The audio switching works fine, but there is an audible, high-pitch ringing sound in the background that I would guess is caused by some sort of interference inside the device.

Physically, the device has a decidedly "junky" feel to it. The buttons on the top of the KVM are cheap and not very durable. On the very first day of use, these buttons were already starting to break; when I tried to use them, they would get pushed down inside of the housing and wouldn't come back up.

As I said, I've been satisfied with Zonet's KVM switches in the past, but this product is horrible.
