I ordered this bike directly through 2Wheelbikes. The bike arrived damaged beyond belief. I first took it to a bike shop to have it serviced, but even the bike shop said it was beyond any repair. They suggested I return the bike. I called the company, the guy there was very nice and offered to process a refund. Since I really wanted the bike, I suggested that I would drive to their location in Arcadia and exchange it for a new one. They were nice enough to assemble the new bike for me, but when I brought it home, I realized that the brakes needed adjustment. So I took it back to the local bike shop. They told me that the cables were too long and needed to be trimmed and rewired, the brakes needed a lot of work and there were other issues with the bike. After spending close to $100 on the repair, I wish I had simply returned the bike and bought a different brand elsewhere. 2Wheelbikes told me that the damage to the first bike was a result of the shipping company, but after seeing the second bike (which was not shipped) I'm convinced that the quality of this bike brand is extremely poor. Also, the bike shop said it looked like the bike suffered a severe impact. Oddly enough, the box did not appear damaged in anyway. So I doubt it was the shipping company's fault. I would not recommend buying this brand. It's not even worth the $300.

The bike was sent via UPS across the country with no padding. (I paid for shipping btw.) The rims were bent and poking through the box. I called the company and a nice guy said they'd send me replacemet rims. GREAT! What arrived was not great. I got two missmatching pink rims that do not fit my blue bike. They are not even the same color or type and neither type fits my bike. One was obviously used. This bike was on sale but it is costing me a bunch of extra money to fix the company's mess. This is bad.

If you can pick this up directly from them, the bike might be great BUT they package the bike for shipping very badly. Our bike came with the back fender completely dented and the pedal pegs tangled in the detached from wheel. The front wheel was bent along with several spokes. 6 weeks later I still don't have replacement parts. Customer service is nonexistant in this company. Don't try calling, you only get an answering machine and they will not call back no matter how many messages you leave. Emails are answered days later with a standard "it is not our company's intention to inconvience you". Save yourself a big disappointment and headache and order from someone else.
