This is not just re-recorded songs being mixed up and re-recorded, it's old favorites in a new dress. Additionally the live recording in Iraq is a fitting closure for a song that not only has touched many lives the world over but pays tribute to the soldiers which USA Cares stands to help. A portion of the cd directly benefits the organization which helps soldiers and their families. Well worth adding to your Mark Wills collection and if you aren't a fan yet get this cd and meet the voice many have loved for years.

Mark Wills certainly has not only gone back and re- recorded songs earlier recorded by him years ago on this Cd, but he has added touches of his musical influences and styles this time around.

It showcases how his voice and how he has grown as a artist. The song he wrote "In These Arms" is so sweet and tender. Just what every little daddies girl wants to hear.

This Cd also helps out a great military organization. Hats off to you Mark!!

If anyone has the chance to see him in concert. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

Great music from first note to last! Most people buy an album for one or two songs that they like; this one is enjoyable from start to finish!

Mark Wills is a singer and not a songwriter, and he only plays acoustic guitar; but he works with an established band and doesn't use the session men that seem to populate most CDs made by Nashville country stars.

His voice is pure and silky, and works just as well on upbeat numbers as it does so wonderfully on his many ballads. He is very radio-friendly, and while listening to this CD, I remember hearing certain pieces on the radio myself (and I rarely listen to the radio). He is also highly capable of committing strong emotion to his chosen songs, and his songs have been carefully chosen; although whether the choice was his or his producer's is unknown. These songs are re-recordings of earlier hits.

Usually I prefer the uptempo numbers over the ballads, but Wills does such an outstanding job with ballads that one has to choose his ballads over his upbeat songs, where his emotive vocals are used to their best ability.

Yeah - it's modern country through and through, with nary a smidgeon on the traditional country that my readers know I love so much, but Wills does a great job in this genre and this must be recognized and appreciated.

A true treasure for fans of modern country.

Highlights include "Back at One", "I Do (Cherish You)", "High, Low and In Between", "In My Arms", and "When You Think of Me".
