Still Pondering?, October 27, 2008
This review is from: 2nu2.Com (Audio CD)
Putting aside the close mindedness of other reviewers, I thought this album was a pretty good effort from 2NU, while it doesn't quite measure up to the genius that shone out of Ponderous. It is fairly similar in format to 'Ponderous', with the spoken word overlaid with music and interspersed with songs, however the wit and weird-ism seems somewhat lacking here. Far from being a trash album, I found it quite harmless and enjoyable overall and I am quite happy to add it to my vast collection. If you liked Ponderous then you will like this too.

For the fans, February 1, 2011
This review is from: 2nu2.Com (Audio CD)
2nu is not for everyone; but for those who like their stuff, this CD is like manna from heaven. Sure, it won't win any Grammies, but it's not meant to; it's not pop by any means. A mixture of spoken word, electronica and . . . something else, it's strangely alluring to a certain kind of person. It has elements of cynicism, romanticism, snarkiness, dreams, humor and heartbreak. If this all sounds too weird for you, keep looking. If, on the other hand, you are willing to give something different a try, have a listen to "Crossroads (Chaos)", or better yet see the video off their site [...]

This just isn't very good, March 25, 2006
This review is from: 2nu2.Com (Audio CD)
Overproduced new agey synth-pop, tons of spoken word, and some prepubescent female vocals that will make you think twice about letting anyone know you own this record. Lots of surrealist lyrics, mostly incipid and cheesy, but at times amusing, in part thanks to the sound effects accompanying the spoken word. I guess some people find this soothing.
