4.0 out of 5 stars not killer, but still a workout
I agree with the other reviewer that this is not the hardest of workouts. But it still very thorough and a challenge! I feel like the more deliberately and carefully you do this kind of movement, the more you get out of it, regardless of your fitness level. I'm glad that I have this in my video library.

1.0 out of 5 stars Boring x 2
I agree with the other reviewer - boring. I wanted a great workout with a stability ball. This isn't it. If you're new to Pilates, perhaps. A great ball workout is '10 Minute Solution Pilates on the Ball' with Lara Hudson. You do the entire DVD, you will get a fantastic Pilates workout with results to match.

1.0 out of 5 stars Boring, August 14, 2008
I bought this video, because I wanted something more challenging that the one it came with the ball.

For the picture in the cover I was a little scared, I didn't feel I was able to do that, but... oh surprise, you don't do that pose in the workout.

It is just level 1, for starting in pilates.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good exercises, but not challenging, February 19, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: 3-D Balance: Ball Pilates Level 3 [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Judging by the cover (the reason I bought the tape), I thought I was going to do some pretty challenging exercises on the ball, but the exercises don't go that far. The second half gets harder but still I felt I could have worked harder on balancing the body on the ball.
