Computer applications in radiotherapy have multiplied since the 1970s. This guidebook explores issues in the design and delivery of computerized radiotherapy, inclduing CT simulation, CT/MRI integration, 3-D treatment planning, plan optimization, on-line portal imaging, multi leaf collimation, dose intensity modulation and computerized treatment delivery.
