I hope they keep making such great albums.

There is a good balance of up beat and slower tracks, and is often the way, the track that I bought the album for is now one of my least favourite.
Jennifer Lally
I had heard only one song prior to purchasing #3 by the Script, but I like this CD a lot.

I've read reviews of this album (which I own) and a lot of people complain about the rapping. The rap is most apparent in "Broken Arrow" (my favorite track). The rap isn't grating to me (Mark Sheehan is a good rapper). It's definitely not amateurish. And it's rap that doesn't denigrate nor does it promote or glorify juvenile behavior. Listen to "If You Could See Me Now"; it is a heartfelt song that draws on O'Donoghue's loss (he lost his father during the production of their debut album, if I'm not mistaken), it's evocative, poignant, and a standout track on the album. It makes my eyes water (especially the bridge: "Would you call me a saint or a sinner? Would you love me a loser or winner? When I see my face in the mirror, we look so alike that it makes me shiver.."), and when an artist can elicit that type of response from a listener, they're doing something right. This album is not a deviation from the path that has brought them hitherto. Anyone familiar with The Script knows of their versatility, and that includes incorporating elements from other genres into their music. This is an album brimming with visceral emotion. And shoutout to Glen Power, awesome drumming and vocals, as usual!

In short- I have been listening to The Script for some time and have also enjoyed the group live in Indianapolis. Long story short every time they come out with something new I listen and think: "Wow this is pretty good but nothing too overly spectacular." Then it always grows on me. They are amazing and just having the music on in the background makes you say "damn what song is that I must have missed that one!" Love this group!

It has been a VERY long time since I've been this amped about a band. The Script is lyrically intelligent and emotionally driven. Their sound is genuine on all 3 albums. I cannot even pick a favorite since they are all great. Their third album, #3, is amazing. So much so that I bought the delux version just to get "Hurricanes". I had the pleasure of seeing them perform live this past fall and if I wasn't hooked before, I certainly was following the concert. They sound exactly the same live as they do on their albums...a true sign of real talent...not this manufactured crap that is all over pop radio these days. If you liked either of their two previous albums, you'll love #3!!! The Script is nearly all I listen to these days...so much so that I think my husband is getting sick of them. Favorite tracks from #3 are probably, "If You Could See Me Now" and "Millionaires", although truly, I love them all. Can't wait for another US tour and a 4th album!!!

I have listened to this entire album at least 40 times.

There is rapping in this album, however I don't believe that it detracts from the music at all. I would even go on to say that the rapping adds to the music. In the song Broken Arrow, the rapping is perhaps the most pronounced, because it takes up a majority of the song. I found the rapping to be tasteful and not out of place at all. I think that at heart, The Script is a band that values both vocals and spoken word. It's "their thing" and it's what makes them them.

The Script continues to put out great music, and I love the way their style has been evolving. There isn't a song on here that I don't love, as is the case on their previous albums. They've yet to disappoint, and this album is worth every penny.

Listened to the whole CD multiple times already and I have had this CD for about 1 week.

When I first got their first album I couldn't stop playing it and I still think it is a great album. Their second effort while good did not have the same effect on me. I am glad to say that this album is closer to the first album than the first.

I would highly recommend this to anyone that has enjoyed The Script's previous albums

I own all three of THE SCRIPT's albums and consider this one their 2nd best after their self-titled debut album in 2009. If you loved their first album you should love this one too. If you liked their 2nd album (Science & Faith) then you should like #3 even better.

Stand out tracks for me on this album, with the rest all enjoyable -- I have not flagged any tracks as sub-par on my iPod for this CD.
* No Words
* Broken Arrow
* Give The Love Around

I've listened to this album on Spotify probably 20-30 times, but I felt I should buy it to support the artists. This album is absolutely fantastic; eminently listenable. The only soft spot on the album is, in my opinion, Give the Love Around; it's just not my style.
