This is a great book if you're on the fence about losing weight and getting fit.
Coming from a medical doctor's point of view, it certainly makes you seriously think about what you are or are not putting into your body.
Dr. Richard Kelley does an excellent job of describing how your mindset plays such an important role in how you take care of your body. He also puts it into perspective for parents who are too busy taking care of their kids and wind up ignoring their own health.

Dr. Richard tells it like it is in an easy understandable way and offers guidance on how to get started changing your body and your health.

It made me want to start making changes in my eating and exercising habits.....

I wish I had been able to read this years ago - BEFORE my Heart bypass at 44! This is a solid , usable and practical book written to help YOU to maintain the weight and fitness level that will SERVE you rather than being comfortable in a weight that you 'can live with' - Dont let that fool you - I was fit but overweight and had my bypass at 44 - I would have preferred not to have had to go through that surgery - Thanks Richard - from your new friend - RichardLife after a Bypass
