Acres is an Atlanta-based modern rock band. You won't find any alternative crap here, no screaming, and no factory-pressed songs. Just solid, catchy melodies, great riffs, and interesting lyrics. Personally, this is my favorite album of the decade so far. I can't promise that you will label it "favorite", since individual tasts vary, but if you like intelligent, positive, melodic, and original modern rock, you will enjoy this album!
