Great training pants except for laundering issues,
By Reen (Austin TX USA) - See all my reviews But I have two issues with them: One is that they run small, and are tight even on her (her 2T underwear normally is quite loose). They're hard for my daughter to pull up herself. Maybe this could be deliberate, in order to be tight around the thighs and contain accidents. The second issue is that after being laundered only twice, using the recommended method, the batting inside has shifted to one side on some pairs - and it's very difficult to coax it back into place without taking the pants apart and re-sewing. I can't really use those pairs now, because they seem uncomfortable and the batting wouldn't contain an accident anyway in that position. If the batting could be improved upon/more securely sewn, I'd definitely buy these again.

I really love these training pants. the best ones I have gotten so far. My 22 month old is pretty much potty trained with an occasional accident. These training pants are a little thicker then regular underwear, helps to keep the occasional accident contained. Very soft and fit nicely.

These are the absolute BEST training pants I've ever bought, they are super soft - wash after wash. The size charts are accurate and the quality is superior to the top brands - no stretching and thinness or falling off. They are super thick and fit very nicely. The price is also the best I've found. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Overall - best quality and best price - the best of both worlds. :) I will definately be buying more of their products in the future.

Disappointed,
By The center panel seemed thicker and more protective than the Gerber training pants. After a first washing and drying the filling shifted and bunched up. Very disappointing.

Started falling apart after first wash,
These are cute and the cotton is thick and soft, which I liked. However, they did not hold much urine when my son had an accident and after one wash they are already coming apart at the seams - very disappointed, wanted to like these a lot more.

Too Thin for Starting Potty Training/ Low Quality,

I bought luvable friends training pants given the reviews, and bought one set of the Gerber. Since I am starting out potting training on my two year old, after receiving the underwear, I thought both the luvable friends and gerber were too thin to capture the accidents. However in terms of quality, the luvable friends don't seem that high quality. the side panels on the luvable friends while thin and breathable, are very thin cotten. I hope they make it through the many wash cycles ahead. After receiving both the luvable friends and Gerber, I would recommend the Gerber over luvable friends (made in India). 1)The Gerber side panels cotten is thicker, more durable looking. 2) the quality of the gerber seams, fabric and overall garment construction is better. Both the Gerber and luvable friends had the same thickness in terms of the main area to capture pee -for starting out training potty, I wish they had something a little thicker. Also my kid is skinny and 26 pounds- not much fat, so even though the gerber is rated for a bit heavier kid, the Gerbers were the best fit around the legs, and the luvable friends is oversized on her around the leg area. Given the reviews (not sure why there was such a rave on the luvables, fake reviews?), I bought 2 sets of luvable friends, but wish I had bought two of the Gerber instead. Plus I paid 11.00 for shipping for the luvable friends, wish i could send them back, but don't want to pay for more shipping. I didn't pay shipping on the gerbers.

Cheap Option,

My daughter is potty training, so I bought these so that I do not have to keep taking on and off diapers (which, if disposables, they lose their grip and the inside becomes lumpy). I have also put a cloth diaper cover over these if we are out-and-about to ensure no messes in public. The elastic is extremely tight around the waist and loose on the legs, but they are cheap and if an accident happens, they rinse and dry quickly, without holding smells. And, unlike a lot of cloth diapers, you can wash them with whatever detergent you want :) Gerber brand is better...Hanna Andersson is the BEST.
