The price and delivery were great. The product itself seems to be of adequate quality; I have not yet had any problems with any of the items. (I've had them for about a month now.) Be warned that no software comes in this package. If you're looking for Samsung's PC Studio though, you can find free downloads on the Internet.

The AC and USB cables were DOA, though the car charger worked. The CD with "software" actually contained Excel spreadsheet with hyperlinks to different manufacturers' websites - the one for Samsung pointed to their UK site and was stale. The CD had minor blemishes/scratches, and whoever packed it was apparently in a great rush.

Overall, the quality of the products is shoddy at best - very evident that they found a cheap supplier. Cheap, and inexpensive, that is.

However, customer service was great, and I promptly received a refund. Want to give them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe I received one from a bad batch.

I received exactly what as pictured. It was shipped promptly to me and I was very satisfied.

I have an A707 that I borrowed from my friend recently. I initially got a phone charger from eBay but it failed to work. But this worked great. I have been using it for more than two weeks now and I do not see any issues, YET !

BTW, I got this combo pack from the seller eforcity. Great seller !

these are good quality products - you get a car charger, a wall charger and a USB/data cable that also works for charging. Good value for what you are getting.

Product was great, fast shipping but no type of shipping carrier info was availalble prior to purchase. This was a big issue for me due to living in a rural area and different shipping carriers only go to certain areas.

travel plug works great however car charger has a sort in it only charges some time.

The AC charger is similar to the one that came with my m610 phone (400 dollar phone...) DC charger and PC cable work like a charm, all seem to be built well. Only thing I miss is the coiled cable on the DC charger. It has a straight cable like most AC chargers have. For less then 7 dollars, which includes shipping and handling...Im definately not going to complain :)

Replaced $45 music package from Cingular store for about 1/3 the cost. It doesn't included the software for my Samsung Sync, but that can be downloaded from the web (google "samsung pc studio 3") The version that comes from Cingular didn't even work. I had to download from the web anyway. This is a great deal.
