I ordered this product two different times within two weeks. Both times it came within 48 hours in good condition. The binders were exactly what we wanted. On the first order Fed Ex delivered two boxes to the wrong address. Customer service was fantastic, gave me the tracking number, so I could get in touch with Fed Ex and locate the missing boxes. I would do business with them again.
