received it with a melted battery contact and elected to fix it by picking up an alternative contact from Radio Shack rather than shipping it back and not having a replacement on time for the use i intended to make of it at an event.....but the main issue is that the thing has not much traction - sort of ok on smooth hardwood floors but slows down big time on rougher surfaces as a carpet or rough concrete resulting in rapid battery power loss, and, mind you, i have not loaded any cargo onto it....has also little turning span, meaning you'll have to maneuver quite a bit to make a u turn...not worth the purchase......

It looked so great and like a lot of fun, but that illusion was smashed once this thing arrived. Charging was crappy, lousy function too. Then it stopped working abruptly.

Had a hell of a time getting the seller to accept the return and refund the money, however, the fine folks at Amazon stepped in and restored my faith in online ordering.

I BOUGHT THIS DUMP TRUCK BECAUSE I COLLECT CONSTRUCTION TOYS ITS A FINE TOY FOR KIDS IM AN ADULT. AND I MAINLY BOUGHT IT TO MODIFY IT . I HAVE A MACHINE SHOP AND IM CHANGING EVERYTHING FIRST OFF THE DUMP PART WORKS BUT DONT GO HIGH ENOUGH AND IT WILL NOT LIFT ANY WEIGHT . IM RENFORCING THE DUMP PART TO LIFT HIGHER AND DUMP AT LEAST A 5LB PAY LOAD THE TRUCK IS FRONT WLEEL DRIVE AND DOESENT HAVE MUCH POWER IM MAKING IT REAR WHEEL DRIVE WITH LOTS OF POWER
IT DOESENT STEER SHARP ENOUGH SO IM CHANGING IT TO STEER HARD WITH MORE POWER. OVER ALL IT LOOKS GOOD AND IT IS WHAT IT IS YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH IT BUT REALLY CANT DO HAULING UNLESS YOUR GOING TO HAUL FOAM PACKING PEANUTS
