Program really works. I was a pack & half day smoker. I cut down half after 1st week on program, then second week I stopped. I did finish the whole 30 days as instructed even though I stopped smoking two weeks into the program. It was easy I didn't have to use my will power, it just happen. It was like being brainwashed not to smoke. I feel like I have a new lease on life. I wished I could have had this program 10 years ago when I first started to stop smoking. The program will help save your life and money.

I was only able to stick with spending 20-40 minutes per day with this, for two weeks- BORING! If I had felt less of an urge to have a smoke...- it would have helped me stay with it, it didn't.
Before you buy this- I suppose you need to make a commitment to stick with the whole 30-day program?

all i want to say is that i did the program and stopped smoking. just wanted to let other people know that if they want to stop smoking this should work for you like it did for me. that's all.
