I seldomly review cookbooks but...this cookbook is the best one I've come across. I would say that I would actually try about 90% of the recipes and that's a lot compared to 30% of others. The recipes in this book seem simple and the ingredients are things that are already in my refrigerator. I cant wait to try them!

After locating a few items I normally did not have on the shelves I really enjoyed the recipes will add most to my seasonal cooking diet. Surprising as I did mot think husband would enjoy the change in the diet with less bread but macaroons and date balls helped keep the bread complaints minimal

I always make a big deal out of my lunch because for me, it is the most important meal of the day. I thought that I was going to have a problem about it when I decided to follow the paleo diet. But with the guidance of this book, I am able to keep fit and at the same time enjoy a great lunch every day. There are around 30 different recipes inside this cook book and all are equally delicious!

I used to be so ignorant about the much talked about paleo diet. I just recently learned about it from a good friend of mine who is just one of the living proofs that the said diet really works. I have to admit, I was hesitant about it at first. But when I saw the Paleolithic lunch recipes inside this book, I finally gave in. I can't believe that I am actually going to lose weight just by eating all of these delightful treats. In fact, I don't even feel that I am on a diet!

While this is an interesting book and all the recipes look good, I don't feel there are enough recipes tomsaythat this is 30 days of lunches. It is a disappointment that the only real lunches are the soups and the rest are add-ons. You get maybe 5 days of lunches, tops. Really could have been given a different title so as not to be so misleading.
