I have gotten a couple of other Jonas clark's books here from this site and they all have blessed me. This book uncovers the spirit of religion in your church, in The Church, and in our own lives and helps us deal with it. I recommend this book, especially if you feeling stuck and don't know why.

Thirty Pieces of Silver by Jonas Clark enables the reader to easily grasp the characterstics of a religious spirit and recognize its stealth. It appears to share some traits with the Jezebel spirit, but is not synonymous. Clark cited a number of New Testament greats who had initially yielded themselves to this spirit(Saul of Tarsus). Intimating that any one of us can model the same behavior if we're not careful.

This review is from: 30 Pieces of Silver: Jesus Opposes What the Religious Spirit Is Doing to Your Life (Paperback)
This book was pretty good. It hits basic points of how religious spirits operate fairly well and it gave some good examples throughout the book. The one thing that I felt though, was that it neglected the subject of religious abuse by church leaders... He covered religious abuse by church members, family members, fathers, school leaders, Muslims, etc., but the biggest and most troublesome area where this type of problem manifests, in christian leadership in the church, was glossed over and hardly touched upon.
