I ordered Simply Svelte, the e-book and almost every lunch listed in it requires this purchase, too. I was not thrilled with that, but since it's so inexpensive I bought it anyway. They make a good pair. I have not yet purchased the breakfast and dinner ones as, for me, breakfast is easy to keep to 300 calories and for dinner I have to cook for my kids, too. This is really mostly just a companion for the Simply Svelte book, but that book was exactly what I was looking for and this is a good companion to it.
