Both prism balls far exceeded my expectations, very beautiful. I did not receive them and had to wait until after the latest expected shipping date to send a message to the seller through amazon. It took 4 calendar days, 2 business days to receive a response, which said a "replacement" would be shipped right away. There was a shipment on the same tracking number as the original, non-existent, package the next day. I do plan to order one more from the same seller, but with some reluctance.

I ordered 2 & even though they were delivered quickly they were made horrible. They feel very cheap & both were cracked on top (where you are to attach the string). They were so cheap, its pointless to return them since shipping cost more than they did. They will end up in the garbage.
