Here's the problem, I have a 4GB Xbox 360 Slim and I really need to add some more memory to it. I can't decide between the official 320 GB Internal Hard Drive that comes with Lego: Star Wars III for $129.99, or the official 16 GB Flash Drive that MIGHT come with 1 Month Xbox Live GOLD membership and a "code to unlock Kinectimals Golden Tabby Tiger" (who cares??) for $39.95. Which one should I get?

HDD every time.

16 GB drive is an over priced garbage heap.

if you want flash buy a fast usb 2.0 and reformat it, the 360 will tell you its too slow and let you use it anyway.

16 GB drive will cost you VERY little. I bought a 32GB 3.0 PATRIOT for like 30 bucks.

this drive's sturdy and awesome. Patriot Xporter XT Boost 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive (PEF16GUSB)
