Product lives up to it's description. Keeps coffee hot and dispenses beverage smoothly and rapidly. The internal bellows is large enough to help dispense a full cup with only one one pump. As others have already stated, close the pump lid after dispensing to keep the internal contents hot. I had a difficult time deciding between this unit and another manufacturers model, so I ended making my decision based upon the lower over all height of the two units, concerned about the other model not fitting under the cupboards on our kitchen counter tops. This Bunn model appears to be more stout decreasing the overall height. You won't be disappointed with this beverage dispenser.

I can't imagine why we waited so long to have this wonderful thing; it's the first thermos we've had that keeps coffee truly, truly hot for hours. It's easy to use, easy to clean (though I wouldn't imagine you could ever get the coffee taste out to, for example, fill it with hot water for tea) and we love it.

We've tried everything to keep coffee hot until we drink it. We drink a lot of coffee, but it's spread out over the hours of the day and evening. This pot, which is so easy to use, keeps our coffee hot until it's gone. The only criticism I have is that it's not easy to keep clean. When I use denture cleaner to get rid of any coffee oils that cling to the sides, it's hard to tell whether or not I've gotten it all. The opening at the top is small (maybe that's why coffee stays so hot?) and it's a tall vessel. Still, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I recently purchased this product because I read good reviews on it. I have another stainless steel thermos the same size but not a Bunn. This Bunn keeps coffee very hot for 22 hours as long as you keep the lever closed in the down position. I sell coffee by the cup at arts and craft shows and at farmers markets and I make the coffee the night before because I know it will be piping hot by 9am the next morning. I also have Thermos brand which keeps coffee hot for hours but, they are glass lined and very sensitive if you you drop one. The glass interior will shatter into pieces. I prefer the Bunn stainless steel because you don't have to worry if it gets banged around while transporting it.

This replaces an ugly black plastic Nissan which worked good for several years but always had water leaking into the pump bellows. Our new Bunn Airpot is sealed so that won't happen. The thing fits together simply and is easy to clean. It doesn't swivel, but I don't care. It is not as tall either - better. And HOT is the word. Yes, HOT.

I am thrilled with this product. I am able to fill it with steaming hot liquid and many hours later when the liquid is almost gone I still see steam with the last cup. I have never experienced any thermos that works as well.

Love this coffee thermos. Took it on a long trip and the only problem was that it leaks if tipped over. The maker should make a cap for the spout.

The coffee was still warm 12 hours later. Easy to fill your cup, but difficult to find a place to carry it in the PU without it tipping over.

This was the best airpot (stayed hot for about 24 hrs) I ever had then after about 10 months of use, it must have lost its vacuum seal somehow, it was always handled with care and never dropped or anything. Now the outside steel shell gets very warm when filled with hot coffee, which means it is losing heat too rapidly, cooling the coffee, after about an hour and a half the coffee is room temperature...BLAH! Typical of chinese products they look really nice but they do NOT perform/work for anytime greater than a short period of time. I have a glass lined thermos carafe which is about 20 years old which still works great!

Keeps water hot at least 12 hours.

We use it to go to the ski slopes and allow the kids to make tea, oatmeal, and hot chocolate. The size seems large until you have neighboring people see it and gently beg for tea themselves.

We get enough for four people to stay warm for a whole day of skiing.

Only quibble is cleaning - it's a bit narrow at the top - but that may be impossible to solve.
