I ordered this item almost 9 months ago.
I was in USA back then.
It arrived in the described time and it worked in the first day.
After creating Partitions and copying about 10 files on it it died.
OS sees it as an unformattable USB drive.

I received the drive today and it was a wash. Not found by Windows XP/ME/Vista
The drive is found in BIOS but not by the OS.
Well maybe it s seen by the OS but not as a drive the SYSTEM device shows is as being there.

Just not registered as an acc essible drive.

Support is VERY WEAK!!!!!!

So Far no phone no Email.

I'll give them a Day and the I'm returning the unit!
