At last--a a book that seeks to combine healthy eating habits with an element of convenience! Snacks used to be my downfall. I didn't start losing weight--for good--until I found ideas for what to eat when faced with the urge to snack. Like all dedicated snackers, I am always looking for more tasty snack ideas to add to my list of options. This book does exactly that. Highly recommended!

I am so happy to have found the awesome book of healthy snacks. The snacks that I usually eat are so unhealthy that I have gained over thirty pounds just being hungry especially at night and snacking on things that are not good for me.
The recipes in this book are so easy and tasty that there is no excuse for eating bad things. I look forwarding getting the extra weight off just be eating healthier snacks.

I really liked checking out the recipes. I have a couple that I will try soon. It's nice to have some adjusted recipes I can use that I don't have to adjust myself. I just wish there were more and I also wish all foods had their potassium content on them.

I think this book is for serious body builders and weight lifters, not your typical middle-aged housewife on Weight Watchers (that would be me.) I was looking for some low fat, low sugar desserts, and while these fit the bill, they also strike me as a little bland. I'm sure this is a great book for the serious body builder. If you are one of those, this book is for you.

Just from what I saw at first in the recipes they are heavy on eggs, butter, oils, milk, and meats. I did not see if there were any cheese ingredients but if you have the others you know cheese can't be far behind. So not for vegans for sure and many are not for vegetarians either. Healthy and diet all depend on your viewpoint.

I left it with the three stars because if you eat all those things the recipes are laid out nicely and the pictures are good. So this is strictly on the type of 'healthy'.

I'm just a regular guy with a great deal of passion in health & fitness. I used to be overweight at 180lbs, now down to 145lbs finally reaching my fat loss goal.

One of the biggest problem when I'm trying to lose weight is my snacking habit. I tried to cut off snacking entirely but it just isn't practical. Once I started snacking on healthy but tasty snacks, I started seeing results.

I've also followed countless fad diets and exercise programs in the past, all of which failed to provide me with a practical long-term solution that fits my lifestyle. Now I can still enjoy food I love while staying lean (poutine, extra cheese lasagna anyone?). I just want to help as many of you to reach your fat loss goals too without going through the pain I did.

I think one of the biggest problem nowadays is that the health & fitness industry has actually made it harder for people to lose fat. All the big claims on the latest fad diets and supplements had been the culprit.

I'm here to provide simple yet practical solutions for you guys/gals to transform your bodies. It doesn't have to be painful and grueling, what's it good for if you can't have fun during the process?
