This is the best mop I've found. I have three dogs and laminate floors which are hard to keep clean and streak free especially when it's raining or snowing. This mop does an excellent job with very little effort. Mop is plastic but seems to be quite sturdy. Seller was extremely quick to ship!

I SAW OTHER REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO SEE FOR MYSELF WHAT ALL THE FUSS WAS ABOUT. LOVE, LOVE THIS MOP. NO MORE HAND WRINGING. I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND THE HANDS DON'T HAVE THE STRENGTH THEY USED TO HAVE.

A great mop for my tile floors. Gets into spots (under the hydronic radiators) that I could never do before. Makes the job of cleaning so much easier. Now I don't have an excuse.

I purchased the spin mop in Jan. 2011 from HSN.com. I couldn't leave a review on their site since they no longer carry the product. I have had several problems with this mop; after having it for 1 year I had to call Fitness Quest (this is who provides the product to HSN) 3 times. The mop had a warranty for 1 year; I actually called today 1/13/12 to request a new bucket and new top portion of the mop handle and they said okay even though yesterday was exactly one year that I purchased the mop; I have to send back the broken parts though. In March 2011 the top portion of the handle broke replacement was sent. In Aug.2011 the pedal no longer worked so I called Fitness Quest again and they sent me a new bucket. These 2 times I didn't need to send back the broken parts. Now Jan.13,2012 the bucket is leaking and the top portion of the handle is cracked. At first you may think "wow" what a great mop but in time SOMETHING will break. The system is wonderful and I love the mop since it dries quickly but I only love it when it works and things don't break. So, if you want to try this mop out go ahead but be prepared to call Amazon (or if they tell you to call the supplier) remember Amazon has a 90 return policy. If it does break on you please call Amazon or the supplier. I have read the Amazon reviews and no one has mentioned that they called Amazon and complained. I have had other products break and I call the company and voice my opinion; it's worth it since many people say okay it broke and move on; they end up wasting money which I will never understand.

When this mop and bucket arrived I knew it wouldn't last long, but 2 MONTHS!! The handle broke first, we managed to piece it back together. Moments later the gears in the spin mechanism broke rendering the spin feature useless.

While it was working, you had to have the entire mop head in the spinner or it sprays water all over the room and your legs.

It is a good concept, but not ready for primetime.

I bought this item because I was tired of hand wringing mops and did not want an industrial wringer. The centrifuge action of wringing works great, but the entire mop and handle spin, not just the head as it is indicated. After a month one of the connections on the sectioned handle wore out because of this. After two months the pedal broke, rendering the entire system useless. If there is a similar product with a stronger pedal and a single handle, not sectioned, I would buy it.

Can't get the handle to stay on, also when it spins the handle unscrews itself. The mop head scrunched up in a ball all around the ring and kept comming off the handle when you try to mop the floor. I can say one thing good, It spins! It throws water all over the room when it spins. It also advertises certain colors, you get Orange, which is NOT advertised. I could get past the color, if it worked, but it don't. Sorry, you asked.

Love this mop! Works great for my unfinished wood floor as it gets the mop almost dry. The bonus part is that the mop is large enough that I can clean the baseboards at the same time.

The product did not work out for us, but the company went out of their way to make sure they had a satisfied customer and I am. Thanks!

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT , PRICE WAS RIGHT, AND BEST OF ALL I LOVE THE MOP. I BOUGHT 4 HAD A PROBLEM WITH 1 AND THE MAN I TALKED TO WAS VERY SWEET AND SENT ME A NEW ONE THAT SAME DAY. THE CO WAS TRIPACT INC. AND THE GENTLEMAN I TALKED TO IN CALIFORNIA WAS SO NICE CONSIDERING WE ARE 3 HRS. TIME DIFFERENCE , AND I CALLED IN THE MORNING EARLY MY TIME..
