This simple but unique cookbook offers readers an opportunity to go beyond simple barbeque chicken and hamburgers. A highlight recipe is a tequila fajita which is easy, spicy and delicious utilizing ingredients you have on your shelf today. This cookbook is excellent for the novice cook as well as the expert. Good to use throughout the year.

I have tried many recipes from this book - all are great. The barbecue sauces and marinades are delicious. You can't lose with these receipes.

I must have bought this book in the 1990's and have used it ever since. Great interesting recipes including engtrees , salass , chutneys,
marinades, pesto, vegetable stuff , appetizers and much more beside standard BBQ- chicken , beef etc/ Hot and sweet section for interesting
BBQ stuff. Desserts and sauce the hot and sweet section is really interesting . The index is well done and lots to help sort and find what you want\
