I help lead a pick-up basketball group at a church and was looking for a book that provided short, but thought-provoking meditations that I could read before we started each session. The combination of bible verse, meditation and prayer is excellent and I've had good feedback from everyone that comes. I'm probably not using it exactly as intended, but I appreciate the content and format.
