You could call this chicken rehash,

This review is from: 365 More Ways to Cook Chicken (365 Ways) (Hardcover)
I was a BIG fan of the original book, so I looked forward to reading the recipes in this edition. To my disappointment, all it did was take the old recipes and modify the ingredients a bit. It was a waste of money in my mind.

A Repeat of 365 Ways To Cook Chicken,

This review is from: 365 More Ways to Cook Chicken (365 Ways) (Hardcover)
This book does not contain 365 MORE ways to cook chicken; it simply replaces onions with shallots, adds parsley or changes butter to oil. There are a few new recipes, but not enough to claim 365 MORE recipes. I have been very disappointed with this book.

Gave two books to my son for a housewarming gift. #1 365 ways to cook hamberger for my son who loves beef and #2 this book for his roommate who loves chicken. They both consider the books the best gifts they received at the housewarming! They also brought a smile to the crowd, but the guests all took their turn thumbing through the books. :-)

This book is easy to understand with easy to follow directions. Nothing too exotic but good, basic ideas for ways to serve chicken.

I don't know what the original book was like, but the MORE version has a huge variety of delicious dishes, from salads to pasta, from Moroccan chicken to fajitas, from plain to fancy. And for each recipe, a "prep time" and "cook time" are listed, many of which have a prep time of 5 to 15 minutes. Very user-friendly format (especially for ADHD readers), with ingredients in bold type and instructions listed in steps.
