There are 365 metabolism boosting tips, and they are grouped together by chapter. For example, on chapter talks about Superfoods, another about vitamins, one about minerals, and another about aerobic activity. What I really appreciated is that the author didn't just throw out suggestions without warnings, even in this abbreviated format. For example, when she notes that vanadium can help with weight loss, she also cautions not to exceed a certain dosage. There are far too many weight loss books that fail to do this, making this little book an even better resource.
