The book is a little larger than pocket sized, and each suggestion is set out in an easy-to-read format; in other words, you will get the information very quickly, without having to flip through pages on a particular topic in order to get to the nugget of information that you were looking for to begin with.

There are 365 metabolism boosting tips, and they are grouped together by chapter. For example, on chapter talks about Superfoods, another about vitamins, one about minerals, and another about aerobic activity. To see exactly what chapters are in the book, and some tip examples, click on the "look inside the book" feature above, below the photo of the book.

What I really appreciated is that the author didn't just throw out suggestions without warnings, even in this abbreviated format. For example, when she notes that vanadium can help with weight loss, she also cautions not to exceed a certain dosage. There are far too many weight loss books that fail to do this, making this little book an even better resource.

This is a big book, but in my opinion, the majority of the 365 ways were things that most people know already.
