It's a hard chart, which isn't obvious by the seller's description above. It folds up nicely, comes in a perfect box for storing it, stickers for marking your little one's inches, and decorating stickers. It comes ready to hang, only a hook and a place is needed. My husband also thought it was really cool. High quality, doesn't look cheap. I know this will last through the years.

This growth chart is great! It's a lot heavier-duty than I had expected - kind of like the the cover of a children's hardcover book. It will definitely hold up in a little wild thing's room! :)

I rush-ordered this to have it in time for my son's first birthday and it's great. Nice and heavy, but folds nicely for future storage. (I looked at wooden growth charts but realize that after he turns a certain age this item is bound for the memory box.) It has colorful stickers for marking heights, and four spots for little square photos as you go. It's not terribly tall...will only measure till your child hits about 4 1/2 feet. (But really, how long is your child going to be excited about marking his height on a cute little chart anyway?)

Sturdy and cute, has little sleeves for small photos and stickers for marking height. Shorter than I expected, though.

its ok just my preference would have been the monsters did not look so scary...

I love this chart. I loved Where the Wild Things Are when I was a child, and I'm so glad that it has recently gotten a "new life" with the movie. This chart is beautiful and much sturdier than I was even expecting. I'm very pleased with it so far.

We had a growth chart when I was growing up and I always thought it was neat to have my dad measure me and to be able to see how I'd grown over the years, so I thought I should get one for our kids. This one is made out of very sturdy cardboard so it hangs nicely and is easy to write on. I do wish it were longer, as it only covers about 2.5 feet of growth. Of course the one we had when I was a kid had the same problem, so the last foot of so of marks are on the wall above the chart. I didn't see any that were particularly longer on Amazon, they all seem about this same length. This one comes with some stickers for marking spots, but I just chucked those. There aren't enough to be useful and I worry about them either peeling off on their own or the kids peeling them off. Writing directly on the chart works fine and seems more likely to stand the test of time.

The images on this growth chart are perfect for your boy who is adventurous and wild! Looks great hung on the wall, and is very sturdy

The growth chart exceeded my expectations. It's hard--almost like a book cover--and folded into 3 sections. There are slots for pictures and stickers. I'm glad I purchased it.

This chart is sturdy and attractive. My only complaint is that it starts at inch 7, which means you have to measure 7 inches up from the floor and hang it there. It would have been much more user friendly if they had started it at inch 1.
