Placed an order at their sale price last week while it was still listed as stock on the Dirt 3 page. I received an email from Kmart today stating there was an error and the order has been cancelled. Called in, not a problem on my end but they used the "Item is Out of Stock" so it has been cancelled BS excuse. In the decades of my mail ordering experiences, I've never had an order cancelled because they were 'out of stock'. The norm is for the retailer to ask if you want it cancelled, not canceling it on your customer to 'get away from selling the item at the sale price'.
Stay classy Kmart, saving $10 just lost you a customer for a lifetime. Its the principle for me, nothing more.
