I originally was going to replace my iroomba instead of purchasing a new battery. Iroomba or irobot had an offer that would have enabled me to upgrade my irobot with a new robot at a reduced rate. After several attempts of trying to upgrade via email and phone, I was informed that I had never registered my unit. Therefore, I ditched the thought of a new robot and searched for a battery. The new battery performs much better than the original battery. After charging the new battery the robot lasted approximately 50 minutes- technically I had to shut it off because there was nothing else to clean on the first floor, I use the robot twice a week and I'm able to vacuum the first floor and almost all the rooms upstairs of a 2000 sq foot home.highly recommend purchasing this battery.
