This tape really helps with swelling and helps with pain.

This is one of the least expensive kinesiology tapes out there and I think the fabric is of similar/same quality of other brands that I have tried.
Patricia Contreras
It stated that it could hold up in water, shower, etc and would stay attached to skin or itself for a long time, days even.

I have using KT TAPE for about a month now, but because of the high price, I decided to try a cheaper alternative. I play indoor volleyball in a Over 40 league, if I do not wear the KT TAPE I am sore for almost a week. I found this 3B TAPE on Amazon.com, I decided to order some, and found the 3B TAPE works exactly like KT TAPE, at half the price! Also, I sweat when I play, the 3B TAPE does not fall off. I will say it again, exactly like KT TAPE at half the price.

The stretch is the same, but I think the product is just a little thinner making it easier to keep it on. The material is maybe a little slipprier under clothing so does not seem to roll as easily as the kinesiotape. I like the price and would prefer it if it turns out to be more economical. The glue for those that I tried it on, seemed comparable, but I beleive the difference was the thickness of the material.

I've tried the KT Original pre-cut strips, Mueller brand, and this one. It ranks in the middle. It's comparible in price to Mueller and I think Mueller sticks better. The KT website has some helpful taping applications.

Sticks on better than KT Tape! The roll allows you to customize to the length you need. Not split down the middle like KT Tape so it also feels like stronger support. Recommend? YES!

Bought this for my mom. She has flexor Tendinitis (or locked finger) issue. Flexor Tendinitis is where tendons in the fingers is either catching or locking in a bent position, particularly in the morning. And is painful to straighten out as it pops or clicks when straightening the finger. My mom was told to wear a splint to keep them straight while sleeping. If you ever wear a splint you would know how uncomfortable it is. In come the Kinesiology tape. It help hold her finger straight as she sleeps but give just enough movement at night to not be uncomfortable.

3BTAPE is just what she needed. Its long and wide and of great value. It will last months for the length she need each night. Great product, highly recommended.

To my suprise this stuff actually worked. I've been struggling with hamstring soreness and tightness for a couple of years now, as a result of trail running. Having tried a lot of things and being desperate for relief I tried this tape and it really helped me feel better - no kidding. I kept it on for about 10 days total, changing the tape once or twice and i was amazed. It's not visible under clothes and stays on in the shower and sleeping. Better than taking a pill and the effect seems to be lasting.

This tape stays in place a long time. I had taped my knee and foot due to arthritis. It really helps. After five days the only reason I changed the tape was because it was dirty. I think it would have kept holding!

I bought this to try on runner's knee. Used it twice, thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time, but I didn't. It's not sticky enough to support a knee when running. Not only did it NOT support runner's knee - it came off 1/2 way thru a 6 mile run...under runner pants.
