First let me say I like it, but if you plan on using it with your iPhone and your iPhone has protective hard case (and some rubberized cases) it will not fit into the iPhone unless you remove the case. I solved this by purchasing an adapter for $25-so add that to the cost of the 3G Juice if you use a hard case or a rubberized case in some instances. It definately will not work with an OtterBox case.

This item was highly recommended by an Apple Genius on the day I picked up my 3GS and I ordered from amazon that night. Very slick design and attaches to the phone very securely, even when using a chargeable case (Griffin Reveal, another good Apple rec., BTW).
It truly does double the battery life and recharges in less than 3 hours USB; have not tried AC yet. Love the on/off switch and cap. Now I can feel confident leaving 3G, Bluetooth, location services and Push on all day, since I have this as a backup. Just wanted to add another positive review to encourage customer investigation of this product. Their website is very communal, their brand story is interesting and this product really exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use and convenient to carry, has wonderful design relative to phone, and really helps me feel more secure when I'm traveling or heavily using my I-phone. I purchased this product just before I went to Mexico a little over a month ago. I wanted to watch movies on the four-hour plane trip and have backup battery power that was light and easy to use. The 3G Juice worked great! After returning from my trip, I decided I didn't need a charger for my car because I can just pop the 3G Juice in my purse for those long road trips. It's lightweight and not bulky. The design compliments the iPhone and it charges quickly. Support appears to be great also (though I haven't needed it) and the Web site is quite user-friendly. I'd definitely recommend this product for any iPhone user who is on the go and enjoys traveling lightly.

I originally bought the G3 Juice because of its sleek modern look. It fits perfectly with the iPhone. Its a conversation piece. The battery served me well, but it suddenly stopped charging. I contacted G3 Juice's customer service and they responded immediately. Within 24 hours I not only had a probable cause for my problem, they informed me that they would be replacing the product. They gave me a delivery date. All I had to do was return the defective battery. They even offered to refund the shipping charges if they were exorbitant. These charges were minimal so I declined. Not only did a new battery arrived on the date promised, TWO batteries arrived. I informed customer service that I had received two and inquired how to return one. They told me to just enjoy the extra battery. This is a company that stands by their product and goes an extra step to make their customers happy. I will definitely buy their products again.

When was the last time you did business with a company where the President personally responds to multiple messages?
And finally, when was the last you took a long trip without carrying car adapters, airplane power plug converters, or heavy brick-type backups that sapped the joy of traveling with a portable device?.
Many suggest that you turn off the Apple iPhone 3G's multiple features to conserve battery power. Hell, those power - draining services are the reason I bought the iPhone 3G in the first place!
SOLUTION:
I bought two 3GJuice batteries. Each takes up about the space of two matchbooks and are just as light.
