Pros -
Works as advertised.
Charges 3G in less then 2.5 hours while using it with 3G and GPS running at times.
Slick design. Comes with a protective cover and fits easily in your pocket.
Sits flush against the base of iPhone.
I researched all the competition and this one has much higher battery amperage.
Made for iPhone/iPod Seal.
Light to carry.
Packaging is very well done and so is their website.

Cons
No battery remaining indicator - (developer said this will come in the future)
No pass-through charging capability (also may come in the future)
Can fall out of 30 Pin slot when holding upright and jarred. Think this will happen to all external batteries due to design of 30 Pin connector. Simply grip part of your hand around battery and iphone when using.

Conclusion
This product works as advertised. Should have been the battery Apple put inside the phone!
Blows away the competition in amperage and for the same price.
Developer is extremely quick to respond to questions (a big plus!) and open to suggestions.
I have my iPhone mounted on my bicycle and often run GPS. Without this external battery, I have to keep an eye on battery life. Not any more!

First let me say I like it, but if you plan on using it with your iPhone and your iPhone has protective hard case (and some rubberized cases) it will not fit into the iPhone unless you remove the case. I solved this by purchasing an adapter for $25-so add that to the cost of the 3G Juice if you use a hard case or a rubberized case in some instances. It definately will not work with an OtterBox case.

This item was highly recommended by an Apple Genius on the day I picked up my 3GS and I ordered from amazon that night. Very slick design and attaches to the phone very securely, even when using a chargeable case (Griffin Reveal, another good Apple rec., BTW).

It truly does double the battery life and recharges in less than 3 hours USB; have not tried AC yet. Love the on/off switch and cap. Now I can feel confident leaving 3G, Bluetooth, location services and Push on all day, since I have this as a backup. I didn't want to hassle with car charging, and this is an elegant way to ensure ample power all day long no matter what the usage.

Just wanted to add another positive review to encourage customer investigation of this product. Their website is very communal, their brand story is interesting and this product really exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use and convenient to carry, has wonderful design relative to phone, and really helps me feel more secure when I'm traveling or heavily using my I-phone. The 3G JUICE really increases the value of my phone since the battery is unfortunately its biggest liability, and I don't think I could live without it now. Highly recommend!

I purchased this product just before I went to Mexico a little over a month ago. I wanted to watch movies on the four-hour plane trip and have backup battery power that was light and easy to use. The 3G Juice worked great! After returning from my trip, I decided I didn't need a charger for my car because I can just pop the 3G Juice in my purse for those long road trips. It's lightweight and not bulky. The design compliments the iPhone and it charges quickly. Support appears to be great also (though I haven't needed it) and the Web site is quite user-friendly. I'd definitely recommend this product for any iPhone user who is on the go and enjoys traveling lightly.

I originally bought the G3 Juice because of its sleek modern look. It fits perfectly with the iPhone. Its a conversation piece. The battery served me well, but it suddenly stopped charging. I contacted G3 Juice's customer service and they responded immediately. Within 24 hours I not only had a probable cause for my problem, they informed me that they would be replacing the product. They gave me a delivery date. All I had to do was return the defective battery. They even offered to refund the shipping charges if they were exorbitant. These charges were minimal so I declined. Not only did a new battery arrived on the date promised, TWO batteries arrived. I informed customer service that I had received two and inquired how to return one. They told me to just enjoy the extra battery. This is a company that stands by their product and goes an extra step to make their customers happy. I will definitely buy their products again.

Apple iPhone 3G: Poor Battery-Life Problem SOLVED.

When was the last time you purchased a product which HUGELY exceeded your expectations?
When was the last time you did business with a company where the President personally responds to multiple messages?
And finally, when was the last you took a long trip without carrying car adapters, airplane power plug converters, or heavy brick-type backups that sapped the joy of traveling with a portable device?.

Many suggest that you turn off the Apple iPhone 3G's multiple features to conserve battery power. Hell, those power - draining services are the reason I bought the iPhone 3G in the first place!

SOLUTION:
I bought two 3GJuice batteries. Each takes up about the space of two matchbooks and are just as light.

I am just as happy with this product (not to be confused with the supposedly established firms that offer products with similarly -sounding names) as I am delighted with the iPhone 3G itself!

I draw crowds at the Apple store in Stamford, CT (USA) when I take the battery out to show to others. Judging by the response, you would be very lucky to get one.

What a great idea! I was really excited about this product and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately, I had problems with mine on day one.

When it came in the mail, I plugged it into my 3G phone, and....nothing happened. I tried it on my wife's original iPhone...same result. Then after playing around I found that if I held the battery at a bent angle (doing exactly what the 3GJuice Web FAQ says NOT to do), the phone would beep and it would connect and start charging. However...as soon as I would let go it would disconnect again. I thought perhaps I had damaged my iPhone charging socket in some way, but my wife's iPhone exhibited the exact same behavior. I can only think I got a bum unit with a bad connector. The standard iPhone cables and docks work fine on both these phones by the way as well as some other 3rd Party accessories so I am confident it was the plug on the 3GJuice unit that was to blame. Bummer.

Rather than send this faulty unit back for a replacement, I returned it for a full refund from Amazon and ordered the new MOJO from the same manufacturer (3GJuice) instead. Since the newer MOJO works via a faux USB jack using my existing cables, it should work just fine...plus it's three times the capacity for those long plane flights. I hope I have a better experience on the 2nd try!

I use my iPhone heavily for Email, internet and the Apple battery lasts well under 4 hours. Attaching the 3G Juice with its 1750+ mAh more than doubles the effective work time. An added bonus is that it dumps the charge into the iPhone battery within an hour so that the 3G Juice can be removed and you can continue to work without the extra battery attached. The unit is nicely engineered with an on/off switch. Charging takes a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

This little battery is not so little when it comes to performance, fit, and finish. It compliments the phone very nicely and comes in a very presentable, compact package.

As to the performance, it charged my iPhone 3G from absolute zero to 100% in less than 2 1/2 hours, with enough charge left to breathe some life into my 16Gb Touch.

More impressive than the device itself is the support you get from the company. I had some trouble at first with the first battery I received (six customers received prototypes by mistake, I was one of them). I did not have to wait more than an hour to get a response from the company, and I was given immediate options. I opted to wait and get the 1750mAh depicted here. Boy, am I glad I did! Subsequent communications have been answered lightning fast as well.

Do yourself a favor and get a couple of these. You'll be glad you did!
