For many years , after much experimentation with various produscts, we settled on Tarnishield as silver polish of choice. Imagine our distress when no local source for the product could be found - not grocery store, drugstore, the usually reliable hardware store. Then, Amazon, one mouse click, then one click for onestep shopping, then three days later the product was at the front door. If you need silver polish, try it. You will be impressed.

This is the best polish i have used - recommended to me by a friend that has been using it for years.

I applied this product as instructed on the label and rinsed with water. It did a fantastic job!! Go 3M!!

I have a King Silver Flair Trumpet purchased for me in 1987. This Trumpet has been all over the world from London, Fiji, Singapore, Hawaii, Oman even through the Panama Canal however, when I recently moved to Italy first Naples now Sicily there was a new type of tarnish. The mineral content in the air is so dense about once a week my Silver Flair turned gold and nothing worked, so I decided to give Tarni-Shield a try, it smelled horrible yet worked instantly. You really do need all the protective equipment advised and also use it in a well ventilated area. Because of the active volcano here in Sicily I have to use it in tangent with anti tarnish strips. Overall great product, (so far).

I have used Tarni Shield for twenty plus years. All of a sudden I couldn't find it. I have had to use several other types over the last 3-4 years. Liquid and pastes. I was extreemly happy to find Tarni-Shield on "Amazon". My wife is also excited, since most of the silver is hers, and I do all the polishing. The silver was starting to get yellow faster with the other stuff. Tarni-Shield keeps the silver shinier longer than any other polish. I find it relaxing and good exercise for my stiff hands and fingers. Thanks The POLISHER.

If you can get around the scent, this is the answer to the prayers of anyone, fed up with polishing silver the hard way. This product works! it's quick and that's what I need if I decide to wear a piece of silver jewelry at the last minute. Thank heavens I found it.

Perfect polish leaves no iridescent streaks or dull surface.
Gentle on the silver plated items, does not abrade the silver layer too much.

Tarni-shield is a really good polish. Over the years I have used several different products to clean my silver service which sits out all the time. Tarni-shield is the best I have ever used and is my only polish now. It is easy to use and the shine lasts a long time.

This is the best silver polish I've ever used. It really does help prevent tarnish. Contrary to another review, I don't find the odor of this polish to be any stronger than that of any other polishes I've tried over the years. I'll be using Tarni-Shield from now on for all my silver polishing needs.

I've tried several polishes including cloths and baths, but nothing really polished my sterling well nor kept the tarnish from quickly building up again. The Tarni-Shield polish was my last effort to find an affordable, useful way to kept from having to polish my jewelry every week. I am quite glad I did, as it works incredibly well and has lengthened the time between polishings to a month or more. The only downside is how much of a mess I can make if I'm not careful as the polishing liquid pours out of the bottle a bit fast. Other than that, great product.
