Bought this product for my 3M Pro 150, works great, now I can watch my ipod videos through my projector. I chose the cheapest method of shipping and it got here in about a week (about a day before the scheduled delivery). That was exciting because I live in Hawaii and packages are never delivered "early" to Hawaii.

I take the "buy this two item together" option when I did buy the 3M Mpro 160 Pocket Projector, but the HDMI cable of the adapter is smaller than the port of the proyector, so they don`t match, I'm not now in USA so I lost the money, the sellers shouldn't have to offer stuff that don't plug each other...DON'T BUY THEM TOGETHER!!!!!!!

Worked fine with my iPad (1st generation) but totally fails with my 1st generation Touch. I had hoped to be able to carry movies literally in a pocket for projecting at a friend's or in an office, but that is, sadly not to be. But my real complaint is that the product description is misleading. So is the packaging, for that matter.

I finally got my cable after a long (to me) wait, and hooked it up. The video plays fine, remember to have the switch on the cable in the right position and don't start a slideshow or video before it's connected.

The only complaint I have is the adapter's connection to the iPhone. Instead of snapping into place like the Apple cable it just sits there, and any movement will dislodge it and break the connection. If it wasn't for that it would be perfect, but given the necessity of holding the phone to start it and having to be very careful not to jostle the cable the least bit can be frustrating. What could be a great way to share pics with a few friends becomes an exercise in futility and the target of a few bemused glasses. I'm interested in knowing if others have this issue or if I was just lucky.

But it's all that's out there, I just have to find a way to make it work.

Product does not work with 3M MP180! Thanks for the great description of the product compatibility with 3M projectors and the false advertising!

did not mention the compatibility with 3m devices! Its only working with 3M MPro150 but not with 160 nor 180!!

This is the product made for all us, the one than cant live without some cables, adapter and linking pieces, specially when it comes to apple products where they are so expensive and an alternative is always welcome.

Is not compatible with the 3M MP160 - don't do the buy together option like I did! AV connector cables will not fit.

I got my cable free with my 3m Mpro150 projector which made the projector an even greater deal. I thought the component video cables I already had bought from Apple would work but they didn't so was really glad this one came with it. This "kit" includes a cable to hook your ipod to the computer as well as a cable to connect it to the projector. Great accessory to have!!!!
