I really like Avagard but will not purchase any more products from Medex Supply. I paid $10.25 for original shipping to my home. When I ordered this product the description did not indicate that it was the foam type and I thought I was going to be getting lotion. I wrote a review saying I was not happy with the product because the description did not adequately describe the product (it does, now.)

The seller (Medex) responded saying I would receive a refund if I returned the product. I returned the product at a shipping cost of $14.06. I was also asked to amend my review.

Four weeks AFTER the vendor received the returned package I still had not received a refund. I wrote to Medex telling them I would file a claim if a refund was not given immediately.

Later that day I received a refund. The refund did not include any of the shipping charges. I do not have the product, my out of pocket expense was $24.31, Medex received much needed information in terms of its Amazon product description, and Medex subsequently altered the description to fully describe the product being sold.
