We recently discovered a crack on our glass-top stove. It's a GE Profile, and we were told a new top would be $300-$500. The crack is about 6" long, forming a diagonal close to the front right corner. Before purchasing a new top, I decided to give this a try. It's worked really well keeping the crack sealed, and since it's heat-resistant it stands up to pans and the general heat of the stove top. (Note that the crack is not on or adjacent to any of the burners!). Good product, good price.

This tape has been around for ages and it's great for high temp electrical use. It's rugged and lasts and lasts. I have a partial roll of the #27 that's at least thirty years old, and it's still pliable and it stays put. Great stuff!

Bought this tape when trying to build and learn about winding my own HF Balun's for some of my antenna projects, this is the stuff you want for winding your toroids in HF balun construction!

I am meticulous about keeping my smoker toys clean and well taken care of. The probes on newer Maverick products are a bit of a weak point where the mesh-covered wires join with the temperature sensor, both food and chamber. Even if maintained properly and protected from kinking, they can short in a moist environment like a water smoker. One failed recently after only four uses. Maverick replaced it without question so Kudos to them.

I did online research and others suggested protecting the connection point with heat shrink wrap to waterproof the probe. I did so and went a step further and wrapped the connection and shrink wrap with the glass cloth electrical tape to add strength and support to the connection. The tape is rated to 266F but it has held nicely at temps up to 275F on the smoker. I'm very pleased with the purchase and know I will get years of use out of the probes now.

I used this product to tape down some induction coil "burner" wires in an induction cooktop after rebuilding it. The original tape was very similar, but had to be replaced after it was detached, as the old tape pulled away some insulation upon removal and was no longer sticky.

If you are looking for a way to trim the edges o home-made plywood kitchen cabinet doors, here is the solution.. You'd never know the tape was there, it goes on very easy, and STAYS on. And i have a heck of a lot left over, so if it DOES come off, I'll just cut another strip.

Great way to insulate between two conductive materials and not worry about heat issues. Works as well as black electrical tape but won't melt! Every electrician should have a role on hand!

We use for labeling wires. WILL NOT COME OFF! Put the label on, let the thermosetting adhesive set up, that label is there to stay.
