Have purchased these many times before from other vendors but this time both filters were defective, the charcoal came out and was floating in the water.

OMG I love this system. My water tastes better using this than from my own fridge! My only complaint is where to store it. Unfortunetly I have a tiny counter with very little counter space so I can't just leave the filtration system in a convient place but that's my issue not 3M's. I had originally hoped I could purchase this and use at work but I have the same problem at work. I still highly recommend this product, the bottles are easy to carry.

I bought the pitcher in October its now November. The water tastes great and we love it. Unfortunately it time to change the filter...

I've bought 2 replacement filters and they both have the black specks floating in the water. We use this water for our newborn but my wife doubts it with the black specks now so we have not used it. I haven't been able to flush the filter clear, I've tried for 2 days.

Sometimes the water tastes just like tap water, and the time gauge on the filter hasn't started shading in even though it should. Don't think it works. Never had a problem with the filter that came with it...

I bought the water station for myself for my birthday last year and have been very happy with the product. The indicator bar is very accurate and it really helps to improve the taste of our water.

This product produces water from the faucet that tastes as good as bottled water.
There are no throw away bottles and the secure cap allows for portablility in the car, gym, etc.
I highly recommend this system.

I've had the actual refilling station for about a year and it's fine, the problem is the replacement filters are made of the worst quality. I've order several of these from different vendors and I continually have the same problem. The filters leak tons of charcoal, and leaves charcoal dusk and flakes in the water, which defeats the purpose of using a filter.

3M Filtrete Fast Flow Water Filters are used primarily by the Filtrete Water Station, which has its own special bottles to filter ordinary tap water into them in just minutes! The water station includes 4 (16-oz.) bottles, but I also purchased 4 additional bottles. I am a semi-handicapped (arthritis) woman & the heavy cases of water in the stores were just too heavy to manage putting them into the store cart-then into my car-then into my own shopping cart(already in my car)when I get home, then into my apartment! Major(painful)effort for me! I was delighted with the Filtrete Water Station (purchased elsewhere, but is also available at Amazon), but when it was time to change the filter (every 90 days), I couldn't find them in any store. Amazon to the rescue! What a convenience to order the filters online & have them arrive in just a few days! And the price is right, too!

We purchased a Filtrete water pitcher and for 3 months we loved how fast it filtered the water. We recently replaced the filter and it now takes a very long time to filter the water -- which totally removes the benefit of having this pitcher. We've asked for an exchange for a new filter and a free one to make up for the trouble. Hopefully they will send a replacement and this is just a one-time problem.

They give the best tasting water and faster with filling
Water bottles. Worth the price.
